When I was around 13 or 14 (late 90s), my grandfather let me use his brand new digital camera on a road trip through the Berkshires. I filled both memory cards, and was forced to immediately start deleting photos to make room for better ones. I rationed my way through the trip, trying to select my favorites. I was immediately hooked. Throughout high school, I shot for the yearbook, for my friends in bands, and for myself, pretty much every single day. Now, after over 25 years, what started as a childhood hobby has become everything to me.

My mission and commitment to you as your photographer is to apply my skill, creative mind, and decades of experience to your wedding; not just your wedding day, but the journey from the proposal, all the way until I hear “Dancing Queen”. I’ve become proficient across a wide range of photographic and editing styles, in order to better serve the needs and preferences of every couple who finds me. I will work with you to tell the story of your love by creating exciting, tangible memories to recall years from now; not just looking at pretty poses, but seeing your real, genuine love on display and in motion. Sometimes even slow motion.

I know that planning a wedding is not for the faint of heart, and hopefully by now you’re at the very least intrigued. I should mention that laughter and joking while I work is an absolute must, because when everyone’s comfortable and at ease, I do my best work.

the Ghost.

To represent my body of work, I wanted something that encapsulated the experience my couples have when they have me shoot their wedding. The concept of using a ghost for that was born from a text that a bride sent me after seeing her final wedding album.

”Every time I turned around and didn’t see you, I felt like you were missing a good photo, but somehow you got EVERY MOMENT and so many that I wasn’t even aware were happening. You were like a ghost - but not in a bad way!! You were just everywhere.”

More couples began to say similar things, and I realized how much fun I was having - how much I loved it. How lucky I am to work alongside love, and to create art that sparks fond memories - to capture joy. This is without a doubt the dopest job of all time. And I love it.
